• Using your knowledge and experience to debone and prepare the carcass to specification

• Carrying out quality and compliance checks on all products coming in to the department to ensure we are only selling the best quality products to our customers
• Ensuring standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times
• Ensuring a safe working environment by wearing correct PPE, correctly using any equipment and reporting any defects.
• Ability to operate Meat Department equipment such as band saws, grinders, wrapping machines, power jacks, knives and cutters.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.

• You can easy communicate with your colleagues in English or Dutch or french

• Stand at work station for duration of scheduled shift, which may exceed 8 hours per day.

• Cut and trim meat according to Company specifications.
• Debone experience
• Rotates products in meat cases.
• You can start between 02h and 04h in the morning.
