Spray Painting Operator
function description
The parts to be painted are delivered to your workstation. First, you degrease each part thoroughly and mask the areas that should not be painted. Next, you apply the manual wet paint coating, carefully following the instructions on the 2D and 3D technical drawings.
Throughout the painting process, you keep a close eye on quality. You inspect every part to ensure it meets the required standards and deliver a high-quality finish. If you already have experience with surface treatments and chemical processes, you can put that knowledge to good use. If not, we'll provide the necessary training.
From time to time, you'll move parts using an overhead crane. No experience? No problem—we'll train you.
You'll work independently, taking full responsibility for your workstation and ensuring every finished part is ready for the next step in production.
