function description

As a Slaughterhouse Production Worker, you are responsible for one specific task within the slaughtering process. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided internally.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Performing a specific task within the slaughtering process.

  • Learning and mastering your role through internal training.

  • Ensuring an efficient workflow together with your colleagues.

  • Working according to strict quality and safety standards.

  • Contributing to a safe and hygienic production environment.

  • Collaborating with the team to achieve daily production goals.

  • Good physical condition and ability to perform manual work.

  • Ability to communicate in Dutch, French, or English.

  • Motivated, reliable, and willing to learn.

  • Accurate and quality-focused way of working.

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Comfortable working in a production environment involving pork products.
