Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to ensure the production schedule is followed efficiently on your assigned line.

• Manage the stocking of individual workstations and oversee the removal of finished products using a forklift.

• Train new employees and assist in the execution of training plans.

• Work alongside the Supervisor to identify and implement improvements in department efficiency.

• Conduct quality checks, including verifying correct stacking, labeling, and processing of materials on your line.

your profile

Profile:

• Previous experience as a team leader is an advantage.

• Valid forklift driver's certificate.

• Proficiency in computer use.

• Ideally, you have a background in technical training.

• Fluent in Polish and English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.

• Ability to perform physical tasks with ease.

• Willing to work in 2 shifts.
