We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor for our fresh-cut vegetables and fruit department.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities and ensuring that customer orders are completed accurately and on time. You will coordinate the workflow on the production floor, assign tasks to employees, and monitor product quality throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Following up on customer orders according to departure schedules and priorities.

• Organizing and distributing tasks among production employees.

• Monitoring and maintaining quality standards.

• Ensuring efficient production processes and smooth team operations.

• Taking responsibility for daily production activities and resolving operational issues when necessary.

• Excellent Dutch and Romanian language skills (spoken and written) are essential

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Ability to work accurately and carefully.

• Stress-resistant and able to perform well under pressure.

• Responsible, proactive, and capable of making decisions.

• Experience in a production environment is considered an advantage.

Working Hours

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: start at 4:45 AM.

• Tuesday and Thursday: start at 5:45 AM.

• Working hours may be adjusted due to public holidays or operational needs
