function description

As a Production Operator, you play a key role in the manufacturing process. You will independently start up and operate production lines where a variety of food products are produced daily.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery.

  • Ensuring the production line runs efficiently and smoothly.

  • Assembling and disassembling small machine components during product changes and at the end of the shift.

  • Performing first-line troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues before involving the maintenance team.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations.

  • Ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Working hours can start at either 5:00 AM or 8:00 AM, depending on the production schedule.

  • Previous experience operating production machinery is preferred.

  • Technical insight and willingness to learn new skills.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to quality.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of your production line.

  • Comfortable working in a cold environment.
