No two days are exactly the same. As a CNC Turner/Miller, you can expect the following responsibilities:

You set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines with the required precision. Throughout the production process, you monitor the automated machines closely and make adjustments whenever necessary.

Quality is key: you check finished parts and ensure they meet the required standards. You also review measurement results, identify deviations and communicate them to the responsible person.

By monitoring the automatic operation of the production cell, you help prevent downtime and ensure a smooth production flow.

your profile

• You have a strong technical interest and work with precision.

• You have an eye for quality and detail.

• You have experience with Fanuc and Mazak systems.

• You have previous experience in the metal industry as a turner/miller.

• You enjoy working in a team, while also being able to work independently.

• You are willing to work in a two-shift system: 5 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 1 p.m. – 9 p.m.

• You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French or English to follow the training successfully.
