Let's Work is looking for an operator in production for a large and rapidly growing company in the Gent area.

Your duties:

Set-up and adjust machines

• Check of the installations work are safe

• Follow-up production process and packaging process

• Complete and submit necessary documents for production follow-up 

• Identify malfunctions in the machines and equipment. Carry out simple interventions if necessary.

Experience as operator

Flexible and willing to work in 2-shifts

You can work independently and you are also a team player

You also speak Dutch and understand instructions
