As a Maintenance Technician, you are the driving force behind machine reliability and production continuity.

In this role, you:

  • Ensure maximum uptime of production machines and installations

  • Act quickly in case of breakdowns by diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently

  • Perform mechanical and electromechanical repairs with a hands-on mindset

  • Contribute actively to preventive maintenance programs to avoid future failures

  • Support production teams as the first technical point of contact on the floor

  • Help maintain strict safety and hygiene standards in a food production environment

  • Manage spare parts, tools, and technical documentation in a structured way

  • Work closely with operators, supervisors, and external technical partners

your profile

You are someone who:

  • Has a background in mechanics, electromechanics, or equivalent hands-on experience

  • Is strong in troubleshooting and enjoys solving technical problems

  • Has experience in a production or manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge of food safety / HACCP standards is a strong advantage

  • Is comfortable working in a shift system

  • Communicates clearly in English and/or Dutch
