function description

At the start, you will go through a training program where you will extensively learn about our activities and PLC-controlled lines. Over time, you will have the opportunity to develop further within Maintenance, Operations, and/or Projects.

• You are responsible for spare parts management and planning preventive and corrective maintenance.

• You analyze problems and breakdowns and ensure a sustainable solution.

• You advise and collaborate on investment and innovation projects.

• You coach and motivate the technical team, striving for continuous and optimal production.

• You are willing to coordinate and supervise Saturday maintenance on a rotating basis (approximately every 6 weeks).

your profile

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, with a specialization in electromechanics, or a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics.

• You preferably have at least 1 year of work experience.

• You are passionate about technology and wish to be an all-rounder (mechanics, pneumatics, electronics, hydraulics).

• You have a flexible mindset and a hands-on mentality.

• Knowledge of PLC and technical drawing is a strong asset.

• A good command of English is an advantage.

• You live within a 30 km radius of the company.
