Head Operator for the Automatic Line

function description
You will be responsible for the precise operation of a fully automatic line (milling and sawing unit, brushing unit, welding robot), where quality and safety are the top priorities. You will work alongside one operator, who primarily has an executing role.
Delivering a precise and well-finished end product is the absolute goal.
Performing correct quality checks and making adjustments when necessary.
Handling minor repairs and preventive tasks in collaboration with the technical coordinator.
Upholding the 6S methodology at all times.
Ensuring the accurate recording of output.
Reporting to the shift supervisor.
Using the ERP system to process production orders.
Applying the SQE policy and the company's values in all daily activities.
your profile
Minimum Work Experience Required:
Basic CNC experience.
Experience in process industries.
Nice to Have:
Welding experience.
Robot experience.
Background in electro/mechanics.
Experience with fully automated lines.
Experience as a troubleshooting technician.
