• The flax is processed through machines using a specific production process

• You operate and support these machines to transform flax into a finished product

• You always work in a team and pay attention to quality and accuracy

• At every step of the process, you are hands-on and help wherever needed

your profile

• Experience is a plus but not required

• You are motivated and eager to learn

• Physical work is not a problem for you

• A dusty environment does not bother you
