function description

In this operational maintenance role, you will face daily technical and operational challenges in your field.

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the electrical network up to 150 kV. You ensure the system runs safely and reliably and are responsible for:

  • Lighting network

  • Fire detection systems

  • Frequency converters (ABB, Siemens, Danfoss, etc.)

  • Control systems of various power switches (Siemens, ABB, etc.)

You will:

  • Support the maintenance department in complex breakdowns and non-routine maintenance

  • Provide technical advice to departments such as projects and production

  • Handle small maintenance-related projects

You will work with specialized teams who support you directly or via their supervisors.

  • Safety and quality are your top priorities

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)

  • Several years of experience in a similar role in an industrial/process environment

  • Strong passion for electricity and up-to-date technical knowledge

  • Pragmatic and problem-solving mindset

  • Proactive and results-oriented

  • Good planning and organizational skills, with cost awareness

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Able to work both independently and in a team
