Let's Work is searching for a PRODUCTION LEADER for a company in West Flanders:

your profile

• +4 years of experience in similar positions running/leading production operations and maintenance activities.
• Good knowledge of the sector and product.
• Good knowledge of legal regulations and risk prevention.
• Good knowledge of IATF, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D.
• User knowledge of Power BI, Sharepoint, SAP.
• Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), Lean Manufacturing (SMED, 5S), Agile Processes (Scrum).
• MS Office intermediate.
• Fluent in english
• Soft skills: strategic thinking, powerful habits, management and motivation of teams.
